It's that time of year again, when everyone starts to wear a little less clothing and after work or school people are heading to the beach or are lying in their back yard taking in the sun.

For Victoria, summer seems to finally be upon us, but I hesitate to say that because at any moment it could decide it would rather go back to Spring and start raining again...and that is not at all what I want.

Regardless, I am happy to have spent my weekend in the sun and on the beach and have begun thinking of new bathing suits and what different ways I can alter the old dresses I bought (LAST summer...procrastinator, I know).

PS: See that cute brunette with the short hair? That's what I want to do next Spring/Summer. Regardless of how much I want to have long hair, all I can do is think of cutting it or what colour I will dye it next. Blonde is great, I'm loving having it...but nothing beats a sexy auburn or chestnut brown.

So what I'm trying to say is that I'm pretty happy there is another person out there (I'm sure there is more than just one), who does not understand fake nails in lesbian porn scenes and that it IS something that I notice almost automatically in any girl on girl porn...because I would not want giant nails near my vag...and I'm sure those women don't really either.

Also, I wonder how often they have days during shooting where the girls nail falls off or something?

24 Hour Relay for the Kids

So this weekend I'm running in the 24 hour relay for the kids here in Victoria, BC with my group, the Team Carebearz!

I'm pretty stoked to meet a bunch of people that are working towards the same great cause of sending kids with disabilities to camp for a week where they can just relax and have fun with new and old friends. Many campers look forward to going to camp all year long - it's an amazing place where they focus on each camper's abilities rather than their disabilities; where independence, self-esteem, and self-confidence are encouraged and supported by camp staff throughout the week. To send one child to camp for one week costs almost $2200.

With the support of our friends, family and community members my team is working towards reaching our goal of raising $20, 000. Right now we're at $19, 600.00, and if any of you that have come across this post are interested in the cause I would be more than grateful if you too would contribute in any way that you can!
